Expanding Future Possibilities Through Scholarships

We see scholarships as investments in remarkable and interesting people! A chance for us as volunteers and donors to enable futures and possibilities. In this way, we are part of the team that supports students’ dreams and our community.

It is a pleasure and privilege to provide an update in the journey of several Loprinzi Scholars.

Ahliah graduated from Roosevelt High School. She is currently working on an undergraduate and graduate degree in Computer Engineering at Portland State University. This summer she completed a technical internship with PGE. Ahliah started started her Loprinzi funding in 2019. Here is a story from the beginning of our support.

Fernanda graduated from David Douglas High School and Oregon State University. She currently in the Accelerated Nursing program at OHSU. Her dream is to work with minority groups around Portland as a public health nurse. Fernanda started her Loprinzi funding in 2017. Here is a story from the beginning of our support.

Tori graduated from Tigard High School and attends George Fox University. She is a Biochemistry major, recently selected as a OHSU Murdoch scholar, and wanting to use her experience and language skills to inspire more women of color in the field . Rasheed graduated from Tigard High School. He is currently an Economics major at USC and just completed a summer internship at 2KGames in the Bay area. After playing the company games as a consumer, he was exited to see how the business works. Rasheed started his Loprinzi funding in 2020. Here is a story from the beginning of our support.
