The Multnomah Athletic Foundation and Multnomah Athletic Club are co-hosting a guided discussion for International Women’s Day. Join us on March 8th at Noon – 1 PM as we celebrate international women’s day with a virtual gathering. Participate from your office, school or wherever your laptop takes you!
The theme this year is Break the Bias . Imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination. A world that’s diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge women’s equality. Collectively we can all #BreakTheBias.
The event is open to all – community members, nonprofit leaders, scholarship recipients, MAC staff and members.
The format is a virtual watch party with a short Ted Talk connected to the theme. After watching the Ted Talk, we will break into small groups for discussion. Our small group hosts will have conversation prompts to get the voices flowing.
