Raised in Charles City, Iowa, Keith discovered early on that sport was simply about the joy of being outside, running across a field, and chasing a soccer ball. A lifelong sports fan, he admired Chicago Cub’s Ryne Sandberg for his humility and class, values that continue to shape his own approach to life. Keith’s proudest athletic memory came in 1982 when he scored two goals for Western Michigan against an undefeated Notre Dame team.
