Join us to MOVE: For a Cause including the 13th An Join us to MOVE: For a Cause including the 13th Annual Spin-A-Thon
ON March 8th come to the @multnomahathleticclub for a morning of fitness and community impact. Open to members, guests, sponsors, and friends. Each class requires a $35 contribution to participate. We can't wait to see you there!
Choose from three fitness class formats and three Spin-A-Thon rides. Two classes are offered each hour. Class offerings include:
-Ellove movement class with Lisa
- H.I.I.T. with Ace and Janelle
-Zumba with Tiffany K.
-Spin rides with Janelle, Lisa Bendt, and Patrick
- Stretching led by Jennifer, Kimmie, and Lincoln.

Calling all middle and high school students! This Calling all middle and high school students! This year the Multnomah Athletic Foundation will be hosting its first ever Youth Impact Summit and we're inviting YOU to join us. 
On March 7th, students will come together to meet four nonprofits: Adaptive Sports Northwest, Cada Casa, Girls on the Run, and Portland Tennis and Education AND collaborate with others to award a $1,000 grant. 
The event will be a time to hear from inspiring speakers, form connections, and learn how to make an impact through community work and philanthropy. This is a great opportunity to meet other students and organizations in the community doing great work for youth access to education and athletics.

Involvement Form

    The Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with a small staff. We are always looking for individuals to serve as board members, committee volunteers, to help with special events and to review scholarship applications. Working together, we can enable and inspire youth through athletics and education.

    We look forward to talking to you about your interest areas, talents and willingness to get involved!  Get started by completing this form – basic information, interest areas and two questions.  We will respond and find the best way to utilize your talents and time! A board member or staff member will get in touch.
