We are looking for an Executive Assistant to Executive Director

Your role will serve as the backbone of the organization and help increase access to opportunities for underserved kids! You will support and enable the leadership team to be efficient and effective by providing a wide range of operational support. You will be involved in the daily operations of the organization – utilizing exceptional customer service skills as well as experience with administration, communication, and internal/external relationships to focus the team. As someone motivated by results and impact, you will get the opportunity to shape our community outreach to student athletes and nonprofit organizations. As someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, you will be directly involved in processes and systems that enable athletic participation in our communities. Through your strong emotional intelligence and steady manner, you will be an integral part of a team to change opportunities and shape possibilities for youth in underserved and underrepresented communities.

Salaried: $35,000, approx. 30 hours a week ($25 an hour)

6 paid holidays annually
4 paid community volunteer hours annually (your choice of nonprofit organization)
Monthly stipend for health insurance
Parking provided

Location: Portland, OR
