As a personal trainer, Billy Boynton specializes in correcting dysfunctional movement patterns while building core strength & coordination. He is a fitness professional and musician, holding degrees in Exercise Science & Emergency Medical Systems. Billy has an energetic passion for helping people reach their health & fitness goals. He is a Video Presenter for Power Music and the co-developer of SPORT by Group Rx. Certifications: ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Nationally Certified EMT, Certified Group Exercise Instructor

Favorite indoor ride: Mixed Terrain. Songs that combine Heavy Climbing (60-65 RPM) with SPRINTS (100-120 RPM).

Try this:  I call it a 3×3. 3 stages of 3 Songs. Song 1 Fast Rolling Hills 78-85 RPM, song 2 Mixed Terrain, Song 3 Progressive Flat Road 90-100 RPM = 1 stage. Measure the mileage & repeat sequence with different music & try to match or beat distance.
